Groups & Workshops

Groups and workshops allow us to offer psychotherapy services cost-effectively. They are structured to foster a sense of community and belonging, where you realize you are not alone in your struggles. The group dynamic encourages empathy, understanding, and shared experiences, which can be incredibly validating and comforting. Additionally, group therapy offers diverse perspectives and insights, which can help you gain new coping strategies and solutions.

Our workshops are structured learning environments where you acquire new skills, knowledge, and techniques to enhance your mental well-being, promote personal growth, and increase self-awareness in a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.

This group provides a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore, understand, and heal from the deep impact of intergenerational trauma and attachment wounds that come from the suffering within our families.

We help you identify, engage, and support international students with strategies to normalize emotional conversations, reduce stigma, and create safe pathways for them to accessing mental health care.

Group & workshop sessions are a cost-effective way to receive therapy and education. Most Insurance plans cover our fee.
