Supporting International Students’ Mental health

If you are an educator, school administrator, host parent, or mental health professional looking to strengthen your understanding and response to the emotional needs of international students, this workshop is for you.

We help you identify, engage, and support international students with strategies to normalize emotional conversations, reduce stigma, and create safe pathways for them to accessing mental health care.

Group & workshop sessions are a cost-effective way to receive therapy and education. Most Insurance plans cover our fee.

Cost: $450 – $2,200 + HST

The cost depends on the workshop format you select. Contact us to discuss your needs.

Educators are often the first to notice when something is off with a student. You are also the first point of trust for international students navigating complex emotional, academic, and cultural transitions.

This workshop provides you with information, training, and tools that will enhance your unique role in supporting international students. We equip you with practical strategies rooted in compassion, cultural sensitivity, and trauma-informed care.

Whether you’re a teacher, administrator, guidance counsellor, support staff, or even a host parent, this training will deepen your confidence and capacity to respond effectively.
