She/Her

I can help you navigate life’s challenges with compassion and understanding. Whether you are grappling with anxiety, depression, or the weight of intergenerational trauma, I will meet you where you are and help you build from there.

I am particularly passionate about supporting adolescents, families, and young people who are navigating transitional life periods—whether it’s the challenges of adolescence, shifting family dynamics, or stepping into new roles and identities. Some examples of the work I do with my clients relate to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, school avoidance, and complex trauma, addressing both personal issues and relational dynamics. My work is also attuned to systemic inequities and intersecting identities

As someone who deeply understands the complexities of cultural identity, resilience, and the struggle to feel seen, I bring both lived experience and a heartfelt commitment to supporting you in your journey.

I am confident in my ability to support you through my extensive training and experience. I am a qualified therapist with specialized training in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion Focused Family Therapy, and Collaborative Problem- Solving. My approach blends evidence-based practices with a deep respect for the cultural and personal context of each person’s lived experience.

As a first-generation Canadian, my life experiences have shaped my passion for mental health advocacy, particularly within the BIPOC community. Growing up, I faced many of the same challenges my clients do today, from navigating cultural expectations to breaking free from cycles of chronic shame and limiting beliefs. These experiences have honed my ability to offer not only professional expertise but also authentic empathy and connection. Whether you’re an adolescent stepping into a new phase of life, a family seeking harmony, or an individual looking for healing and empowerment, I am here to walk this journey with you.

Healing, growing and changing doesn’t look the same for everyone and it can often feel like the change you’re wanting to see isn’t visible. Here are some signs that you’re growing and making more progress than you might think. You’re more comfortable saying no, you validated yourself, you stop arguing with people who
are committed to misunderstanding you, you acknowledge your hurt, you walk away from
one-sided relationships, you no longer focus on past experiences you can’t change, and most importantly you show up for yourself in ways you didn’t before! ✨#mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthquotes #mentalhealthcheckin
