She / Her

Have you always felt different, wondering why life seems harder for you than it does for everyone else? Maybe you’ve struggled with relationships, anxiety, depression, or harsh self-talk, without fully understanding why. I want you to know that these patterns don’t define you, and they can change. My own healing journey with these challenges is why I chose to do this work.

I work with individuals and families (18+), supporting you through Depression, Anxiety, Relationship Challenges, Life Transitions, and managing and regulating difficult emotions.

As a second-generation immigrant living with a lifelong physical disability and complex family dynamics, I’ve experienced loss, uncertainty, and the challenge of rebuilding my life more than once. That journey has given me a real understanding of what it’s like to feel stuck; the overriding thoughts that come with anxiety, the low mood that makes it hard to get out of bed, or the sense of being pulled in too many directions during a major life transition. I’ve also experienced the healing, acceptance, and peace that can emerge on the other side, and my joy is to walk alongside you as you find your own way forward.

I am proud to be a member of Shanti’s Making Therapy Accessible Program, and offer sliding scale sessions between $60–$120, as assessed by our team.

I draw from Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), which means much of my work is helping you understand how your early childhood experiences shaped the beliefs, behaviours, and identities that once helped you navigate the world but may no longer serve you as an adult. Together, we’ll gently explore those deeper roots with curiosity and compassion, helping you heal the younger parts of yourself while becoming the person you want to be.
