She/Her

Welcome! I’m Anhad

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), offering both virtual and in-person sessions from our Etobicoke location. Whether you’re located in Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta, I’m here to support you on your journey toward healing and growth!

How I Can Support You

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, ADHD, OCD, autism, grief, racial identity concerns, or trauma, know that you are not alone. Taking the first step toward therapy is an act of courage, and I commend you for it! I work with individuals (17+), couples, and neurodivergent clients, creating a warm, collaborative, culturally sensitive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your authentic self, process emotions, and build meaningful change.

My Approach

I believe therapy should be tailored to you—your story, your strengths, and your unique needs. My work is client-centered, trauma-informed, spiritually integrated, and culturally attuned. Depending on what resonates with you, I draw from:

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) – Deepening emotional connections and understanding relationship patterns
Neurodivergence-Affirming Therapy – Supporting ADHD, autism, and OCD with an inclusive approach
Mindfulness-Based Therapy – Cultivating self-awareness and emotional regulation
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – Identifying unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors
Narrative Therapy – Helping you rewrite the stories that shape your identity
Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) – Highlighting strengths and empowering change
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) – Strengthening emotional regulation and distress tolerance

A Little More About Me

I offer therapy in English, Punjabi, and Hindi so you can express yourself in the language that feels most natural to you.
Outside of therapy, I love reading, exploring new creative crafts, and seeking out new experiences that bring joy and inspiration.
Let’s Begin!

Healing isn’t a destination—it’s a journey. And you don’t have to walk it alone. I look forward to supporting you in creating a life that feels more aligned, meaningful, and fulfilling!

Men’s mental health is often shaped by silence. Many men are taught to “push through,” stay strong, or handle things on their own, even when something feels heavy inside.Struggling doesn’t mean you’re weak. Feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, irritable, or exhausted doesn’t mean you’re failing. It means you’re human.
Mental health support isn’t about fixing you, it’s about having space to speak honestly, at your own pace, without judgment.Therapy support is available for men who want a supportive space to talk. Reach out to connect with Michael Chu, our men’s mental health expert for a free 20 minute consultation using the link in our bio or on our website - it’s okay to talk about it.#mentalhealth #mensmentalhealthawareness #mensmentalhealth #maletherapist

Grounding techniques are tools that help regulate your nervous system by engaging your senses. When anxiety takes over, your body may go into “fight, flight, or freeze.”Bringing awareness to your surroundings helps signal to your brain that you are safe in this moment.Try this 5-4-3-2-1 method:
5 things you can see
4 things you can touch
3 things you can hear
2 things you can smell
1 thing you can tasteSlow your breath between each one and allow your body to settle. ✨✨✨#grounding #anxietyrelief #mindfulness #mentalhealth #selfcare #mentalwellness #stressrelief #calm #therapytools #mindfulmoment #presentmoment #mentalhealthawareness #selfregulation
