If you’re carrying anxiety, family expectations, relationship stress, or old experiences that keep showing up in ways you don’t fully understand, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. I work with people who may look like they’re holding everything together on the outside, while internally feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or exhausted from constantly thinking about what they should be doing. Together, we can slow things down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and make space for what you actually need.
I work with individuals (17+), couples, and neurodivergent clients, supporting Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Challenges, ADHD, OCD, Autism, Grief, Racial Identity, and Trauma, with particular attention to BIPOC and South Asian Mental Health.
What has shaped the way I work is an understanding that our struggles rarely exist in isolation. Family, culture, faith, relationships, past experiences, and the roles we have learned to play can all influence how we see ourselves and how safe we feel being ourselves. I know that advice like “just set a boundary,” “stop overthinking,” or “just move on” can feel overly simple when there is so much more underneath it. I try to create a space where you don’t have to explain or minimize those layers. We can be curious about where your patterns came from while also figuring out what feels right for you moving forward.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist and draw from Emotion-Focused Therapy, attachment-based and psychodynamic approaches, IFS-informed work, CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches. Rather than fitting you into one method, I integrate these approaches based on what you are experiencing, what feels comfortable to you, and what we are trying to work toward together.
